Excellent customer service from Longforte. I discovered six damaged steins around two weeks after delivery, as they were packed at the bottom of the box and I make my products to order, so I had not reached them sooner.

Although this was outside their usual seven-day reporting period, they kindly made an exception and arranged replacements for me. I really appreciate their understanding and helpful response. I am a returning customer and will happily continue ordering from them.
