Are sublimation T-shirts 100% polyester?
Not always. Whilst 100% polyester t-shirts are perfect for sublimation they can sometimes feel a bit flimsy or not like fashion t-shirts if the fabric weight is too light. The best option are polycotton blends which have cotton feel on the inside but polyester outer printable area - that way you get the best of the comfort of cotton and the printability of polyester.
Can you sublimate onto cotton T-shirts?
Can you sublimate onto cotton T-shirts?
Not directly — sublimation requires polyester. For cotton, you’d need DTF or heat transfer methods such as our brand new VersiFlex printing solution.
