InkTec Premium Grade 60cm DTF Hot Peel Film is a new and improved transfer film designed for producing high-quality Direct to Film prints for garments, textiles and other suitable media.

This upgraded premium grade film features a specialist coating that helps improve image transfer, making prints appear approximately 15–20% more vivid compared with the previous version. The result is a brighter, sharper and more professional finish, with excellent detail, colour reproduction and clarity across a wide range of designs.

DTF film is a key part of the Direct to Film printing process. Designs are printed onto the film before hot melt powder is applied and cured. The finished transfer is then heat pressed onto the garment or product, allowing the printed design to bond cleanly with the surface.

This film is ideal for use with compatible DTF printers and is suitable for printing onto cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and other suitable textile applications. It helps create soft, flexible transfers that feel comfortable when worn, while still delivering strong colour and a clean finish.

As a hot peel film, it also helps improve production speed. Once the transfer has been heat pressed, the film can be peeled away immediately while still hot, rather than needing to wait for the item to cool. This makes it especially useful for busy print environments where faster turnaround times matter.

The film is plug-and-play, so there is no need to adjust your existing profiles. It is ready to use straight out of the box with your compatible DTF setup.

Transfer Instructions:

• Press at 140°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.

• After use, store the film in its original packaging to protect it from environmental exposure.

• Keep the film in a dry, well-ventilated area, as moisture can affect ink dispersion, leading to uneven print quality.

• To maintain optimal results, avoid operating the equipment in humid conditions.

• When printing, ensure the appropriate pass settings and heating temperatures are used to prevent material deformation and drying issues.
