EXCLUSIVE TO LONGFORTE – Achieve flawless, full-coverage prints on sublimation socks with our premium aluminium sock jig. Designed for professional and long-lasting use, this jig helps eliminate unprinted areas by stretching the fabric evenly during heat pressing.
Key Features:
✔ High-Quality Aluminium Construction – Unlike traditional hardboard jigs that can fray or break over time, our ultra-polished aluminium jigs are durable, heat-resistant, and built to last.
✔ Ensures Full Coverage – Keeps the sock fabric taut, preventing white ribbing gaps when the socks are worn. This guarantees a seamless, vibrant print across the entire surface.
✔ Straight Jig Design – Allows printing on the sides, centre front, or centre back of the sock with precision.
✔ Available in Two Sizes:
- Large (600mm x 110mm x 1mm) – Suitable for men’s & women’s sublimation socks
-
Small (600mm x 82mm x 1mm) – Perfect for baby and children’s socks
✔ Sold as Single Pieces – Please note, these jigs are sold individually and not as pairs.
Pro Tips for Best Results:
Stretch the Sock Gently – Ensure it’s fully stretched but not overextended for even printing.
Secure the Sock – Use a rubber band or pegs to prevent it from slipping during pressing.
Minimize Visible Seams – After printing one side, shift the sock slightly (around 1mm) before pressing the other side to reduce the appearance of seams.
Cooling Effect – Socks may feel soft after heating but will regain their firmness once cooled.
Achieve professional, edge-to-edge sublimation results with our premium aluminium sock jig – a must-have tool for any sock printing setup!
