Expand your product range with these 15oz two tone ceramic mugs, designed specifically for sublimation printing. The larger capacity provides additional design space and appeals to customers seeking something beyond the standard 11oz offering. Despite the increased size, these mugs fit comfortably in a standard 11oz heat press, maintaining your existing production workflow without additional equipment investment.
The light green inner paired with a white handle creates a contemporary aesthetic that resonates with today's market preferences. Rigorous dishwasher testing confirms zero design fading - a critical quality benchmark that protects your reputation and reduces customer returns. This durability advantage sets these mugs apart from cheaper alternatives that fade after repeated washing.
Supplied in boxes of 36 units (individual mug boxes not included), these mugs support efficient bulk order processing and inventory management. The consistent quality across batches ensures your customers receive reliable results every time, building trust and repeat business.

Troubleshooting and Tips
Ensure sublimation paper designs are completely dry before pressing to prevent shadows and blurring. Monitor temperature and time carefully, as excessive heat or duration causes ink removal, turning blacks brown and making paper difficult to remove.
Verify adequate press pressure; the mug should not move once the press is closed, though closing should not require excessive force. Remove sublimation paper immediately after pressing, or dunk the mug in room temperature water and then remove the paper to halt the sublimation process and prevent blurring or shadows.
Important Note: The times and temperatures below apply only to the equipment listed in the Specifications tab. These are guideline settings based on tests we've run using various machines to reflect typical customer setups. Your results may vary depending on your equipment, so some trial and error may be needed. Please contact us if you're unsure, as we can't be responsible for issues caused by incorrect settings.
