InkTec Premium Grade 30cm DTF Hot Peel Film is the upgraded version of InkTec’s popular DTF transfer film, designed for producing high-quality garment transfers with a clean, professional finish.

The new premium grade coating has been developed to improve the way artwork transfers from the film to the fabric, helping printed designs look brighter, sharper and more defined. Compared with the previous film, prints can appear approximately 15–20% more vivid, giving logos, graphics and full-colour artwork extra impact once applied.

This 30cm roll is a practical choice for smaller-format DTF printers, compact production spaces, sample work, short runs and businesses that do not require the wider 60cm film. It offers the same premium grade performance in a narrower roll size, making it ideal for garment decorators, print shops and custom clothing businesses working with smaller print widths.

During the DTF process, your design is printed onto the film, coated with hot melt powder, cured and then heat pressed onto the chosen garment or textile. The film holds the printed design securely throughout the process, helping achieve smooth transfers with strong detail and reliable colour reproduction.

As a hot peel film, it allows the carrier sheet to be removed immediately after pressing, without waiting for the transfer to cool. This helps speed up production and keeps workflow moving, especially when printing multiple garments in one session.

Suitable for use on cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and other compatible textile applications, this film helps create flexible, wearable transfers with a soft finish.

The film is also plug-and-play, so no profile adjustments are required. It can be used straight away with your compatible DTF setup.

Transfer Instructions:

• Press at 140°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.

• After use, store the film in its original packaging to protect it from environmental exposure.

• Keep the film in a dry, well-ventilated area, as moisture can affect ink dispersion, leading to uneven print quality.

• To maintain optimal results, avoid operating the equipment in humid conditions.

• When printing, ensure the appropriate pass settings and heating temperatures are used to prevent material deformation and drying issues.
