This metal insert is an essential accessory for sublimating our 12oz polymer cups. It is designed to be placed inside the cup during the heating process to support the shape of the polymer and prevent deformation in the oven.
When sublimated without an insert, polymer cups can soften and distort under heat. Using the correct metal insert ensures the cup retains its form while allowing even heat distribution for consistent sublimation results.
This insert is specifically sized for use with 12oz polymer sublimation cups and must be used every time the cup is printed. It is not a printing surface and should be removed once the sublimation process is complete.
