This 12oz polymer sublimation cup is a lightweight, unbreakable alternative to traditional ceramic drinkware, designed for everyday use and personalised applications. Unlike mugs, this is a handle-free cup with a slim profile, making it ideal for children’s drinkware, events, outdoor use, or settings where durability is essential.
The cup is made from sublimation-ready polymer and must be printed using this metal insert to maintain its shape during the heating process. Without an insert, the cup will deform in the oven. Due to its narrow diameter, this item is not suitable for mug presses and must be sublimated in a convection oven with the correct insert in place.
This size neatly fills the gap between our existing 8oz polymer cup and larger drinkware options, giving you another practical format to offer customers who want something compact, safe, and reusable.
