SubliWeave® Premium Sublimation Boxer Briefs - Men's

Part of the SubliWeave® range, our dedicated sublimation textiles brand developed over more than 10 years, these premium men’s sublimation boxer briefs are designed for businesses that want better print results without compromising on comfort or presentation.

Made from 100% polyester, they are designed specifically for sublimation printing and allow for bold, vibrant all-over decoration with excellent print coverage. Unlike many basic polyester trunks on the market, these boxer briefs also feature a cotton inner lining in the crotch pouch for added comfort, giving them a more premium feel for the end customer.

The boxer trunks feature special stitching on the sides and on the crotch so that the underwear can be laid completely flat on your heat press to prevent creases or any lines on your design when pressing.

The black waistband adds a smart, stylish finish while also making printing easier. Because the waistband is already black, there is no need to worry about extending your design into that area or trying to disguise unprinted sections, helping you achieve a cleaner and more professional final result.

These boxer briefs have been developed over more than three months and refined through multiple iterations to ensure they are suitable for sublimation and capable of achieving strong all-over print coverage. As part of that process, we intentionally selected a mildly off-white fabric rather than a bright pure white, as this gave the product a more premium and refined appearance, particularly on designs with lighter coverage or more open space.
