High-Volume Printing on Cotton, Wood, Ceramics & More
Designed for high-performance printing on light-coloured textiles and uncoated hard surfaces, VersiFlex™ Light Media (A4, 100 sheets) offers the perfect solution for professionals and growing print businesses. When paired with VersiFlex inks and a compatible Sawgrass SG500 or SG1000 printer, it enables high-quality transfers onto cotton, wood, ceramics, metal, leather, and more—all without the need for polyester coatings.
The media works by combining key elements of sublimation, DTF-style, and DTG-style printing, making it possible to produce vivid, durable prints with ease and flexibility.
Why Choose This Media:
-
Hybrid Transfer Technology – Fuses the strengths of sublimation, DTF-style, and DTG-style printing into one easy-to-use system.
-
Made for Light Garments – Ideal for printing full-colour designs onto white or light-coloured cotton and poly-blend apparel.
-
No Coating Needed – Apply prints directly to uncoated wood, ceramic, metal, and more when used with VersiFlex Expander.
-
Perfect for Production – Larger 100-sheet pack ideal for bulk jobs and continuous runs.
-
Professional Results – Consistently delivers bright colours, clean detail, and excellent wash durability.
Compatibility Warning: Only compatible with SG500 or SG1000 printers using VersiFlex inks. Not suitable for use with Sublijet inks.
Important Notes:
The two sides of the paper are very similar and so the packaging makes it clear which side is the printable side - please be very careful when handling to ensure that you are always printing on the correct side. We cannot be responsible for any issues caused if the incorrect side is placed in the printer.
The ink remains wet on the paper after printing - this is required to ensure optimal finishes on fabric and textiles. Please be wary of this and do not attempt to print large number of sheets at once as this may cause smudging.
Important Note: The times and temperatures below apply only to the equipment listed in the Specifications tab. These are guideline settings based on tests we've run using various machines to reflect typical customer setups. Your results may vary depending on your equipment, so some trial and error may be needed. Please contact us if you're unsure, as we can't be responsible for issues caused by incorrect settings.
