Take your VersiFlex printing setup to the next level with this complete set of extended capacity 70ml Sawgrass VersiFlex cartridges, including Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Expander. Designed exclusively for SG1000 printers running the VersiFlex system, this set is ideal for high-volume printing environments that need efficiency without compromising on quality.

Each 70ml cartridge provides over twice the volume of standard 31ml inks, helping you:

• Reduce cartridge changes
• Lower your ink cost per print
• Maintain consistent output during long runs

This set is engineered to work with both sublimation paper and VersiFlex Light media. When printing on sublimation paper, you can still personalise traditional polyester-coated blanks. When using VersiFlex Light, the inks (combined with the Expander) allow you to print directly onto cotton, wood, ceramics, glass, and other uncoated materials.

Unlike traditional ink sets, VersiFlex doesn’t use a separate black ink. Instead, a deep composite black is automatically produced using Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow—just like in Sublijet UHD. The Expander cartridge (installed in the black slot) is not an ink, but a special liquid that ensures your design bonds properly to uncoated surfaces only when using VersiFlex Light media.

Important Compatibility Note:

• This set is only compatible with SG1000 printers that are either brand new or already running VersiFlex inks

• Do not attempt to switch from Sublijet or third-party inks—this may cause clogs and will void your warranty

• We are unable to offer support for issues caused by ink mixing or incorrect usage
