Unlock the full power of VersiFlex printing with this complete set of Sawgrass VersiFlex cartridges, including Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Expander (31ml each). Designed for use with SG500 and SG1000 printers running the VersiFlex system, this ink set enables printing on a wide variety of surfaces—both coated and uncoated—when used with VersiFlex transfer media.

VersiFlex inks are specially formulated to print not only on sublimation products using sublimation paper, but also on materials like cotton, untreated wood, glass, ceramics, and more when paired with VersiFlex Light Media.

What’s in the Set:

• Cyan Ink (31ml)
• Magenta Ink (31ml)
• Yellow Ink (31ml)
• Expander Cartridge (31ml – replaces black slot)

Rather than using a standard black ink, the VersiFlex system creates a composite black from Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow—producing rich, deep blacks just like the Sublijet UHD system. The Expander is not an ink but a bonding liquid that helps your prints adhere properly to uncoated substrates. It is only required when using VersiFlex Light transfer paper, and not when printing onto standard sublimation paper.

Compatibility & Usage Warning:

• This set is only suitable for use in brand new SG500 or SG1000 printers, or printers already running VersiFlex inks.
• Do not attempt to swap from Sublijet or other ink systems, as this can cause blockages, damage your printer, and void your warranty.
• We cannot offer support for issues caused by ink mixing or incompatible usage.
