Collections from Warehouse

We are no longer able to offer collection of orders from our warehouse.

Dispatch Times

  • Express Delivery (Courier – DPD or FedEx): Orders placed before 2 pm, Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Standard Delivery: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), same-day dispatch may not always be possible, even for Express orders.
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.

Mainland UK Deliveries

We offer five clear delivery options to give you flexibility, reliability and value:

Pallet Delivery Varies 1–3 working days Free for most orders ≥ £150 ex VAT. In some remote or high-cost areas, pallet charges may exceed our standard rates — if this happens, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm options.

If you have a preferred courier, reply to your order confirmation — we’ll do our best to accommodate (not guaranteed during peak).

Free Delivery

  • Spend £150 ex VAT or more on goods to qualify for free delivery.
  • Offshore locations — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other remote postcodes — are excluded from our free delivery offer.
  • Free delivery applies to Standard or Pallet Delivery services only. Premium services such as Express (Next Day), timed deliveries, or Saturday delivery are excluded.
  • For pallet deliveries, we will cover delivery costs up to £60 (ex VAT).
    • If the delivery charge exceeds this amount (for example, in remote areas), the difference will be charged at checkout.
  • Where multiple parcels or pallets are required, free delivery applies to the first £50 of shipping charges; any additional cost will be shown clearly at checkout.
  • Free delivery does not apply to international destinations.

Northern Ireland Deliveries

Based on customer feedback, DHL provides the most reliable service for Northern Ireland.

Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands

We will no longer use Evri for these regions due to significant delays.

Pallet Delivery

For some orders, it’s safer and more economical to ship via pallet. If this applies to your order, our team will confirm at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Usually next working day (1–2 days in some areas).
  • Equipment: Tail-lift and pump truck used to offload safely.
  • Tracking: Due to the way that pallets are dispatched and delivered there is no point-by-point tracking but we do provide proof of delivery if required.
  • Timing: Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Free Delivery: For larger palletised orders, we cover the cost of a standard Mainland pallet delivery. In some remote or higher-cost delivery zones, where pallet charges exceed our standard rates, the site will charge the amount that exceeds our standard pallet delivery amount.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide where viable with our courier partners.

  • All parcels are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis — import duties & taxes are payable by the importer.
  • For EU shipments, a VAT or EORI number may be required.
  • The courier will contact you directly for customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
  • We cannot make import duty/tax payments on your behalf.
  • If charges are not paid and the parcel returns to us, any reshipment or refund will exclude associated return costs.

Additional Notes

  • Please include a mobile number at checkout to receive delivery updates.
  • If you request a Safe Place, responsibility transfers once the courier confirms delivery.
  • During peak seasons, dispatch and delivery times may extend due to high order volumes.
