- Stellen Sie immer sicher, dass das Design auf dem von Ihnen verwendeten Sublimationspapier vollständig trocken ist, da es sonst zu Schatten und Unschärfe kommt
- Wenn Sie die Sublimationstasse zu lange oder bei zu hoher Temperatur in der Heißpresse lassen, beginnt sich die Tinte wieder von der Tasse zu lösen. Das Ergebnis ist, dass Schwarz braun aussieht. Das Papier kann an der Tasse kleben bleiben und sich nur schwer entfernen lassen.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Presse ausreichend Druck hat, und passen Sie ihn bei Bedarf an. Das Schließen der Presse sollte nicht viel Kraft erfordern, aber sobald sie geschlossen ist, sollten Sie die Tasse überhaupt nicht mehr bewegen können.
- Nach dem Aufdrücken das Sublimationspapier sofort von der Tasse abziehen. Alternativ kannst du die Tasse auch in Wasser (Raumtemperatur oder etwas kälter) tauchen und dann herausnehmen. Dadurch stoppst du den Sublimationsprozess und verhinderst außerdem Unschärfen oder Schattenbildung.

Print Methods
These are the best quality mugs on market, I’ve even tested their longevity compared to the plain unbranded white sublimation mugs. With a mix of hand and dishwasher washes the orca mugs last longer and retain their colour for longer.
I top of that I feel the orca mugs release a much better quality in comparison to the other unbranded coated mugs.
However I did find that the bottom of mug requires a bit more attention and time to give that crisp finish. And because of that fog in the bottom that may occur, full colour is not advisable without care and attention.
