Add a modern twist to your keyring range with this hexagonal sublimation metal keyring. Featuring a unique angled-cut rectangle shape, this slim hexagon design offers a generous, symmetrical print area that’s ideal for portrait photos, company logos, or creative designs.

Each keyring includes a gloss white sublimation insert that affixes to the highly polished metal body using a self-adhesive backing. For an ultra-secure finish, we recommend applying a tiny drop of superglue before attaching the insert. The reverse side is metallic and non-printable, giving a reflective, professional finish.

Packaged in a premium cardboard gift box, these keyrings are ideal for gifting, resale, or corporate branding and make a great addition to your sublimation blanks range.

Printable insert size: approx. 3.5cm x 2.3cm (if needed for technical detail)

Key Features:
✔ Eye-catching hexagonal shape – Modern, geometric twist on a classic keyring
✔ Gloss white insert – Large, clean area for sharp sublimation prints
✔ Highly polished metal back – Sleek, professional finish on the reverse
✔ Self-adhesive attachment – Optional glue for stronger bond
✔ Supplied in premium cardboard gift box – Ready for gifting or retail

Troubleshooting and Tips:
Never press the insert while it’s attached to the keyring body—this may damage both the keyring and your heat press. Always print the insert separately. While these thin inserts don’t require extra layers during pressing, using a Teflon sheet helps prevent overheating and ensures even heat distribution.

Be sure to follow your heat press’s recommended temperature and time settings for metal substrates to avoid over-gassing or dull prints.
