Our 11oz Smashproof Mug Mailing Boxes are designed specifically for sending ceramic mugs safely through the post, without the need for bubble wrap, void fill or an additional outer box.
Developed with a leading UK cardboard manufacturer, each mailer uses a strong corrugated construction together with our protective ‘angel wing’ internal flap design. Once assembled, the folded structure creates multiple layers of protection around the mug and helps keep it securely positioned during transit.
Unlike many lightweight mug mailers, these boxes have been designed with rigidity and protection in mind. We've put them through our own real-world drop testing with ceramic mugs inside - including drops from up to 6ft / 1.83m -— so you can see how they perform rather than simply taking our word for it.
The clean pure white exterior gives your orders a professional finish and provides an excellent surface for shipping labels, stickers or your own branding. The boxes arrive flat-packed for efficient storage and are quick to assemble when required.
No additional protective packaging is needed. Simply assemble the box, place your standard 11oz mug upright inside, close the protective flaps, secure the closing flap with a small piece of packing tape and apply your shipping label.
