Troubleshooting and Tips
Latte Mugs have a unique shape and as such they require a unique heating element in your mug press to print on them. Please ensure that your heat press has a 12oz latte element otherwise you will not be able to press these.
Another way of printing on these items without a mug press is by using our silicone mug wrap (available here). Simply apply your paper put the wrap around and clip it together then you can place the mug in an oven. Please note that if you do this you will have to increase the heating time to about 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
When you have finished heating your mug either remove the paper immediately while it is hot or dunk the mug in some room temperature water to stop the sublimation process. Then just remove the paper and dry the mug and it's ready to go!
