Expand your product offering with these 15oz Two Tone Coloured Mugs in Red, designed specifically for sublimation printing. The larger capacity provides your customers with a distinctive option beyond standard 11oz mugs, while the vibrant red inner paired with a white handle creates an eye-catching contrast that elevates personalized designs.

These ceramic mugs are rigorously tested for dishwasher durability, ensuring zero fading of sublimated designs‚ a critical quality advantage over cheaper alternatives that compromise on longevity. Despite the larger 15oz size, they fit comfortably in standard 11oz heat presses, allowing you to maximize production efficiency without additional equipment investment. Supplied in boxes of 36 (individual mug boxes not included), these mugs support bulk order fulfillment and maintain consistent margin potential for your business.

Troubleshooting and Tips

Always verify that your sublimation paper design is completely dry before pressing to prevent shadows and blurring. Monitor your heat press temperature and duration carefully‚ excessive heat or time will cause ink migration, resulting in discoloured prints (blacks appearing brown) and paper adhesion issues.

Ensure adequate press pressure; the press should close with moderate effort, and once closed, the mug should not move. For optimal results, remove the sublimation paper immediately after pressing, or dunk the mug in room temperature or slightly cooler water before removal to halt the sublimation process and prevent blurring or shadows.
