Printing Advice

The Hertford mug has a slight taper towards the top and bottom. When printing with a conventional mug press, we therefore recommend keeping important elements of your design away from the extreme upper and lower edges, where the heating element may not make completely even contact with the mug.

If you want to achieve a larger print area extending closer to the top and bottom, we recommend using a compatible 10oz bone china silicone wrap and sublimation oven. This allows the wrap to conform more closely to the shape of the mug during the transfer process.
