Packaging

The mugs are supplied in boxes of 24, with each box packed inside an additional outer carton for greater protection during transit.

Pressing & Troubleshooting Tips

Due to their tapered shape and larger size, 17oz latte mugs require a compatible 17oz latte mug heating element. A standard 11oz mug press element will not provide the correct contact with the mug and should not be used.

Alternatively, these mugs can be sublimated using a suitable 17oz silicone mug wrap and oven, providing another option for customers who do not have a dedicated latte mug press element.

If your finished print contains faded areas, check whether the fading consistently occurs in the same position. This can indicate uneven heat distribution or insufficient pressure/contact between the mug and heating element.

If black areas are turning brown or appear washed out, this can be a sign of overheating or excessive pressing time. Try gradually reducing the temperature or pressing duration until you achieve the desired result.

As with all sublimation blanks, recommended pressing settings should be treated as a starting point, as results can vary depending on your equipment, inks, paper and working environment.
