IMPORTANT NOTES:
It is impossible for glass and slate items to be created 100% flat and for larger items this issue is more obvious.
This means that if you press down on the item it will apply more pressure to one corner or side than the other and combined with the heat this will cause the item to crack.
We recommend using a thin 1.5mm to 2mm thick silicone mat to help even the pressure and this will make sure that the item never breaks. You can buy it from us here.
The colour of the clock hands may vary slightly from the images shown.
If you need a specific colour, please contact us before placing your order.
Variations in the colour of the hands are normal and do not qualify as “not as advertised” for return or refund purposes.
