The cup is made from sublimation-ready polymer and must be printed using this metal insert to maintain its shape during the heating process. Without an insert, the cup will deform in the oven. Due to its narrow diameter, this item is not suitable for mug presses and must be sublimated in a convection oven with the correct insert in place.
